Family Therapy
We provide a compassionate and collaborative approach designed to enhance understanding and communication amongst family members. Our goal is to provide a safe space for families to repair ruptures, strengthen bonds, and foster healthier relationships.
Our family sessions are informed through the lens of Attachment Based Family Therapy, which is designed to support depressed young people to reestablish trust and connection with their primary caregivers.
Family Therapy at Many Waters Therapy is conducted by Simone Weber and is limited to virtual sessions at this time.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is a structured therapy that targets memories and thought patterns that negatively contribute to our identities, self-worth, and feelings of peace. Utilizing bilateral stimulation, EMDR can soften emotionally charged memories and experiences in order to improve symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression.
